Top notch service. Staff was wonderful and kept me informed throughout my visit. The waiting area was comfortable, clean, and stocked with free coffee, water & snacks as well as a vending machine for soda. I will definitely be back for future service needs!
I scheduled the appointment online, I received a confirmation email. I received a reminder email, I went to the appointment, sat in the waiting room while they provided the service. The waiting room was comfortable, Staff was friendly and didn't take an unreasonable amount of time. Getting the cars oil changed is not something I look forward to but they make it painless.
Good experience yesterday at McClinton Chevrolet. Traded my 22 Tacoma for a new Silverado. Rachel Wright was my sales person. She was great to work with. Financing was easy and the finance department was fast and efficient despite having a slow internet connection at the time. It was my first experience with this dealer and so far I am pleased and would definitely recommend them.
Zach Walker did a great job of selling us a vehicle we had been looking to purchase for a little while now. We weren’t even planning on buying a vehicle that day but I guess it all worked out! He was very nice and easy to work with.
A very pretty young lady Haleigh took very good care of me and made it an easy and quick experience, would definitely recommend asking for her and going to McClintons for your next vehicle!
