I was greeted by a very nice young man. He was polite and kind and showed me to the waiting room. The waiting room was nice and clean and comfortable. After the job was completed, the same young man came and got me from the waiting room and checked me out. Not that having to get an oil change is something I want to do, it was not an unpleasant experience, and I will return for future maintenance on my car.

I purchased my 25 Equinox as a certified preown at that other “GM dealership” in town. The engine light came on immediately after I bought the vehicle. I took it to the other dealership twice and was told they could not do anything that there was a service bulletin and GM was aware of the problem and working on a solution. My online searching seemed to confirm that I was stuck with an engine light on and with that not having access to my remote start for who knows how long. I was ready to start filing papers to attempt a GM buyback but thought I would bring the car into another dealership for a second opinion. I explained what was going on to my technician Jordan. He was quick to offer that he would be glad to check it out and see what could be done. I was happily surprised when he found the code to seemingly be a crankcase sensor. He ordered the part and it was put in just a couple of days ago. No more engine light!

My husband and I had the best experience with Adam. We traded in our challenger for a suburban and the experience was fantastic! Got on to request an inquiry about a trade-in on Saturday morning. Adam got into contact with us within the hour of getting online and the same evening we came home with our 2018 Suburban! Highly recommend McClinton Auto Group if you’re looking for a vehicle!

I had a wonderful buying experience at McClinton Chevrolet. I requested more information on a 2021 Chevrolet Suburban on 9-4-25 and was contacted the same day. I worked with Caleb over the phone about credit applications and some payment options. My husband and I agreed to take the 2 hour drive on Friday, 9-5-15 to look at the Suburban. We were at the dealership maybe about an hour and a half after the test drive and all the paperwork. McClinton Chevrolet gave us a good value on our 2018 Chevrolet Suburban as a trade-in and we drove home our 2021 Chevrolet Suburban Premier. Caleb was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend McClinton Chevrolet to anyone and it was definitely worth the drive.

Just purchased new tires at McClinton. I talked with Jordan, who helped me select the right ones. They were able to get them the next day, and installed them the next day. Jordan was great to work with, and was able to get me scheduled quickly as we are leaving on a trip. I have been a customer at McClintons for years and would never go anywhere else. My last 4 SUV's I purchased there and have never have had an issue with the Ssrvice Department. It is great to have some place I can depend on.

The entire process with McClinton Chevrolet was positive from the beginning to the end. The terms of the sale were worked out over the telephone. Salesman Deandre Nickerson was first class and made sure the buying process went smoothly. Deandre answered all of our questions and if you didn't have an immediate answer, he obtained an answer and relayed it to us promptly. To top it all off, Deandre delivered the vehicle to us, we didn't have to go anywhere other than a few miles from our house to meet him at a local (to us) shopping plaza!

I scheduled the appointment online, I received a confirmation email. I received a reminder email, I went to the appointment, sat in the waiting room while they provided the service. The waiting room was comfortable, Staff was friendly and didn't take an unreasonable amount of time. Getting the cars oil changed is not something I look forward to but they make it painless.

Good experience yesterday at McClinton Chevrolet. Traded my 22 Tacoma for a new Silverado. Rachel Wright was my sales person. She was great to work with. Financing was easy and the finance department was fast and efficient despite having a slow internet connection at the time. It was my first experience with this dealer and so far I am pleased and would definitely recommend them.

So I jumped on a plane and picked it up on Saturday. Ross was great to work with on the financing. Only thing I caught Saturday evening was my deposit had not been credited. I called Shayne Saturday evening and that was all fixed on Monday. ( Also regarding my Sunday voice message I left I believe on Tuesday a got a call back from another sales person from my Sunday message. I told him I was already working with Shayne.) Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Michelle helped us with info on the cars we test drove and when we decided on a car Michelle and the staff jumped right on getting us in that car and on our way! Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and eager to help with our purchase. They offered us crackers and water when we were talking about going out to eat! They were afraid we were hungry.
