Had a awesome experience with McClinton Mitsubishi. One of the smoothest most simple deals I've had and I've either had or helped people negotiate atleast so some vehichle deals. I stopped at the dealership just to look at what they had. I was met on the lot by Shane, the sales manager, who introduced us to Sarah. Sarah was absolutely amazing!! Friendly sales associates. Helped set up our phones to work with car blue tooth and explained functions that are available on car and answered any question we had. We stopped back by the next day about a question with the phone and text massage on car and they showed us how it worked. Everyone seemed to want to make sure we were happy with the purchase.

I have a 2008 Mitsubishi eclipse GT and needed a lot of maintenance work done since it hit the 120,000 mile mark. They replaced my timing belt, water pump. All the tensioner pulleys. They put me on a new power steering belt. They also put on a new serpentine belt with a new tensioner pulley, changed the spark plugs which is a difficult job being you got to remove the intake manifold off to do three of the spark plugs. They even flushed out the coolant system real good and put in a new thermostat and gasket. The bill came to $2,100 and they knocked it down to $1,050 and had me in and out of there in less than 5 hours... The car runs like a top and I am extremely satisfied....

I stopped in a few weeks ago to look at a 2017 Silverado. My husband has been looking for with low mileage and a great price. He thought this one could be it. It was my first visit to McClinton Chevrolet. Ed "Moose" Haislop greeted me, he was very nice and extremely helpful. The truck was perfect! Moose did everything right, he made it so easy for me purchase the truck. I had no appointment, I test drove the vehicle twice, went and picked up a check, he reviewed the truck history, pricing, warranty, showed me how to use the onstar and sirrus radio and had me in and out of finance...all in less than 2 hours. It was incredible, my husband didn't even have to go to the dealership. Scoff Morehead was great in finance too. We will be in soon to buy an extended warranty. I would recommend everyone looking for a vehicle to see "Moose" over at McClinton Chevrolet, for a no stress experience. I am still smiling about it.

Came to McClintons with a blown motor on a car I owed 4400 on to jd byrider, I was really surprised when Sarah told me she was going to do all she could to get me in a nice car I could afford. We ended up getting a Mitsubishi mirage through the help of Pierre. They both did excellent and I am ecstatic with JOY! I'm 58 and this is my first new car! Yip-pee!!!

Shayne's service in providing answers to my questions and sending pictures timely and helpful. I sent my daughter down from Columbus to look and drive the car. It passed her test! So I jumped on a plane and picked it up on Saturday. Ross was great to work with on the financing. Only thing I caught Saturday evening was my deposit had not been credited. I called Shayne Saturday evening and that was all fixed on Monday. ( Also regarding my Sunday voice message I left I believe on Tuesday a got a call back from another sales person from my Sunday message. I told him I was already working with Shayne.) Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

He let me look at several vehicles, test drive them, he answered all of my one million questions without being pushy at all! Michelle helped us with info on the cars we test drove and when we decided on a car Michelle and the staff jumped right on getting us in that car and on our way! Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and eager to help with our purchase. They offered us crackers and water when we were talking about going out to eat! They were afraid we were hungry.
