We found a car on the McClinton website we were interested in. We received a message asking if we would like to come and see car . The next am Adam Deems called us and then greeted us as we arrived on lot. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. We spent the next few hours with him while he worked getting us a great deal on a car we love! We would highly recommend working with Adam when you find yourself needing a new car!

I went to McClinton since I had bought from there previously to see what was available in my price range and style of vehicle I was looking for. Trevor was awesome! He let me look at several vehicles, test drive them, he answered all of my one million questions without being pushy at all! He and the financial team helped me get in the vehicle I wanted, in the price range I was looking for. The detailer even stayed to detail my car at the very end of their day so that it was done before I left. I highly recommend Trevor and the McClinton team if you are looking for a vehicle.

My husband and I just purchased a car at McClinton. We pulled onto the lot and was greeted by a young lady who was very friendly and with such a pretty smile. Michelle helped us with info on the cars we test drove and when we decided on a car Michelle and the staff jumped right on getting us in that car and on our way! Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and eager to help with our purchase. They offered us crackers and water when we were talking about going out to eat! They were afraid we were hungry. Great team at McClinton! I forgot to mention the extra perks of buying at McClinton! Free oil changes and tire rotations and great warranty! Love it! I recommend them for your next car purchase! So I jumped on a plane and picked it up on Saturday. Ross was great to work with on the financing. Only thing I caught Saturday evening was my deposit had not been credited. I called Shayne Saturday evening and that was all fixed on Monday. ( Also regarding my Sunday voice message I left I believe on Tuesday a got a call back from another sales person from my Sunday message. I told him I was already working with Shayne.) Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

From my experience, when I went in to get the service check up done, the service dept. was very honest and up front with everything. They did a very good job, and my vehicle was done in a timely manner. It may have taken an hour, but they said that it would be done around an hour.

When I bought the first certified pre-owned vehicle, they explained to me the process of buying a vehicle and made sure I found the right choice to fit my lifestyle and desired features. Little did I know, I would be back in a few months to purchase my second after my car was totaled in an accident. I was shaken up by the experience, and I'm glad their team took the time to make me feel safe and confident in my vehicle choice. Called last week to get in for an oil change and inspection on the truck. Service man Kevin explained they had no openings for another month! I told him I needed it bad before hunting season and boom! Said he could possibly squeeze me in 3 days! Dropped it off at 8 and done by lunch time today. The buying process was great This is the 4th Mitsubishi we have purchased from McClinton's and we were not wanting to go anywhere else for a couple reasons. One, the sales staff has always been great. In this case, Ben Huff along with Kevin and Deanna made the process stress free and "understandable". Ben was great in being able to answer questions and letting us know we could contact him with any questions we had. And in fact we have contacted him a couple times and he got right back to us. There was no high pressure in any respect and this has always been the case with the four SUV's we have purchased. We did not feel pressure or being hurried in any way. Also, another reason we did not go anywhere else is that the service and body shops have always been just great. We have never had any issues with either and have always felt valued and respected. We are very pleased and a big "Thank You" to the staff!
