Absolutely LOVED working with McClinton! Deanna and Ben were amazing. They were so helpful, answered all my questions, were straight with me about everything, and got me all set up in the vehicle before I left. It didnt feel like your typical sales person. Called last week to get in for an oil change and inspection on the truck. Service man Kevin explained they had no openings for another month! I told him I needed it bad before hunting season and boom! Said he could possibly squeeze me in 3 days! Dropped it off at 8 and done by lunch time today. Always a great experience with McClinton service and sales department!

Recently purchased a 2021 Silverado Custom with 4 cylinder 2.7 turbo engine. The salesman, Tim Flores assured me this would pull my 6500# camper with no problem. I was skeptical at first, but no more. It did great. Went up I79 to Sutton with no issues. Thanks Tim

Traveling through and had multiple tire light issues .... I stopped and they were more than happy to take of my issuse. Did it without any wait and free of charge. If they assist their non customers this well, I well imagine their actual customers must be treated as well... Will definitely consider them if I go to purchase another vehicle.

I trust and enjoy dealing with Matt Lutz. He has assisted with getting me into my last 2 vehicles. He also goes out of his way to make the process as quick and easy as possible, which I appreciate with my busy schedule. I hope this dealership doesn't get bought out by the company who is buying out all the others, because it is one of the few left that cares about their costumers and the condition of the vehicles they sell.

As always, great service in a clean and friendly environment. The only thing I would suggest is door or wall hook would be great to have in the restroom. There’s a shelf behind the toilet but it is leaning and not big enough for most purses.

Shayne's service in providing answers to my questions and sending pictures timely and helpful. I sent my daughter down from Columbus to look and drive the car. It passed her test! So I jumped on a plane and picked it up on Saturday. Ross was great to work with on the financing. Only thing I caught Saturday evening was my deposit had not been credited. I called Shayne Saturday evening and that was all fixed on Monday. ( Also regarding my Sunday voice message I left I believe on Tuesday a got a call back from another sales person from my Sunday message. I told him I was already working with Shayne.) Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Highly recommend Tim Flores! We purchased a truck in March. Unfortunately it took much longer than expected to arrive. Tim kept us informed frequently and when it did finally arrive he even sent us a video of it being unloaded from the carrier! He was extremely thorough explaining different components on the vehicle and even assisted us setting up On Star. Overall one the best buying experiences we have had!

Shayne's service in providing answers to my questions and sending pictures timely and helpful. I sent my daughter down from Columbus to look and drive the car. It passed her test! So I jumped on a plane and picked it up on Saturday. Ross was great to work with on the financing. Only thing I caught Saturday evening was my deposit had not been credited. I called Shayne Saturday evening and that was all fixed on Monday. ( Also regarding my Sunday voice message I left I believe on Tuesday a got a call back from another sales person from my Sunday message. I told him I was already working with Shayne.) Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Brand new truck had check engine light for emissions. The technician was very thorough and found a factory QC issue with a line still having the factory plug in it. Repaired in less than an hour! Friendly staff. Great mechanics!

Very prompt in updates on progress of vehicle. When they diagnosed the issue, they notify you of the time and repair along with asking your permission to go ahead with the maintenance. Very friendly and personable staff. Highly recommend this service department. Shayne and Caleb were awesome to work with in the sales department, very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining features of the vehicle my wife and I test drove.
