From my experience, when I went in to get the service check up done, the service dept. was very honest and up front with everything. They did a very good job, and my vehicle was done in a timely manner. It may have taken an hour, but they said that it would be done around an hour.

I've bought 3 vehicles from McClinton, and each time was a great experience. When I bought the first certified pre-owned vehicle, they explained to me the process of buying a vehicle and made sure I found the right choice to fit my lifestyle and desired features. Little did I know, I would be back in a few months to purchase my second after my car was totaled in an accident. I was shaken up by the experience, and I'm glad their team took the time to make me feel safe and confident in my vehicle choice. Despite being hit on the driver's side by a rogue driver, my Outlander kept me safe with merely a seatbelt bruise. Buying my second (pre-owned) Outlander was a no-brainer. It served me so well over the years that I decided to purchase my next car new from McClinton! Their service team was always quick and efficient as well. I feel proud to support this local bunch who cares about their community and their customers.

Called last week to get in for an oil change and inspection on the truck. Service man Kevin explained they had no openings for another month! I told him I needed it bad before hunting season and boom! Said he could possibly squeeze me in 3 days! Dropped it off at 8 and done by lunch time today. Always a great experience with McClinton service and sales department!

So I jumped on a plane and picked it up on Saturday. Ross was great to work with on the financing. Only thing I caught Saturday evening was my deposit had not been credited. I called Shayne Saturday evening and that was all fixed on Monday. ( Also regarding my Sunday voice message I left I believe on Tuesday a got a call back from another sales person from my Sunday message. I told him I was already working with Shayne.) Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

The Service and Body Shop were so nice to us. Body Shop fixed a place on my car at no charge to me. I could not believe they took me right in and fixed it on the spot. Made an appointment to get the car inspected and the oil changed and they took me right in and showed me everything they did. Nothing needed replaced. Everything in good shape. Very prompt in updates on progress of vehicle. When they diagnosed the issue, they notify you of the time and repair along with asking your permission to go ahead with the maintenance. Very friendly and personable staff. Highly recommend this service department.
