The entire team I worked with was amazing. Ben worked diligently to get things going and wasn't the least bit intimidating as other lots can be, then the finance department was thorough in their explanation of the paperwork. None of the employees were pushy or made us feel uncomfortable. I shopped around at other lots before returning to McClinton due to other places being too pushy and not being as chill as McClinton. Plus, Ben is just awesome! 10/10, would recommend!

We recently bought a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from Ben Huff. Ben went above and beyond for us just like he did when we bought a Chevy Trax in 2017. Ben kept in constant contact with us and helped us get the car we wanted, I can’t say enough great things about the folks at Mclinton’s. I recently purchased and traded in my old car. I can't recommend them enough. I dealt with a salesman who goes by moose. Wonderful guy to work with. Very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. They were very fair in there offer on my trade in vehicle. They also have fair prices on their cars. The 10 year/1 million mile engine and drive train system is definitely a good thing that they include on most vehicles. The financing people were also very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend them. When the time comes to trade in my current vehicle I definitely plan on going back and dealing with them again.

Tim and “Stretch” were very professional, but also made us feel as though we were family from the minute we walked through the door. I’ve even received a courtesy call already. As a previous salesperson, I feel McClinton has their sales approach set up as a top notch approach. It was a seamless, detailed transaction. I have never had an experience like this. I was in search of a specific vehicle. I found it. Although it was a bit of a travel,it was well worth it! This was the most painless truck purchase I have ever had. On the day of the purchase I arrived at 10:30 am. I was on my way home by 12:30 pm. Ed "Moose" Haislop made it quick and easy. Exceptional. Saw the vehicle on line and called on a Sunday and left a message. I called on Monday and spoke with Shayne. I live in NC. Shayne's service in providing answers to my questions and sending pictures timely and helpful. I sent my daughter down from Columbus to look and drive the car. It passed her test! So I jumped on a plane and picked it up on Saturday. Ross was great to work with on the financing. Only thing I caught Saturday evening was my deposit had not been credited. Exceptional. Saw the vehicle on line and called on a Sunday and left a message. I called on Monday and spoke with Shayne. I live in NC. Shayne's service in providing answers to my questions and sending pictures timely and helpful. I… sent my daughter down from Columbus to look and drive the car. It passed her test! So I jumped on a plane and picked it up on Saturday. Ross was great to work with on the financing. Only thing I caught Saturday evening was my deposit had not been credited. He let me look at several vehicles, test drive them, he answered all of my one million questions without being pushy at all! Michelle helped us with info on the cars we test drove and when we decided on a car Michelle and the staff jumped right on getting us in that car and on our way! Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and eager to help with our purchase. They offered us crackers and water when we were talking about going out to eat! They were afraid we were hungry.
