The buying process was great This is the 4th Mitsubishi we have purchased from McClinton's and we were not wanting to go anywhere else for a couple reasons. One, the sales staff has always been great. In this case, Ben Huff along with Kevin and Deanna made the process stress free and "understandable". Ben was great in being able to answer questions and letting us know we could contact him with any questions we had. And in fact we have contacted him a couple times and he got right back to us. There was no high pressure in any respect and this has always been the case with the four SUV's we have purchased. We did not feel pressure or being hurried in any way. Also, another reason we did not go anywhere else is that the service and body shops have always been just great. We have never had any issues with either and have always felt valued and respected. We are very pleased and a big "Thank You" to the staff!

Dealing with Tim Flores was excellent and the level of communication he provided seeing as I was 8 hours away was absolutely amazing. Also there was no market adjustments and of course the McClinton million mile warranty is very nice

Since 2003, I have purchased three new GMC vehicles; two Tahoes and a Traverse. In this same time frame I have used McClinton Chevrolet for service of these vehicles. I have yet to find fault with their service department. I like that they keep me "in the loop," provide me with options allowing me to make an informed decision.

I bought my new Chevy Silverado RST from McClinton Chevrolet and I think I’m going to be doing business with them for a long time to come. I backed my truck into a pole and needed some minor repair. I decided to have McClintons’ body shop handle the repairs and I’m glad that I did. The dealership as a whole from the Sales Department to the Parts Department, the Service Department including the Body Shop have been outstanding, friendly and very helpful. My experience with them has without a doubt been one of the best!

The Service and Body Shop were so nice to us. Body Shop fixed a place on my car at no charge to me. I could not believe they took me right in and fixed it on the spot. Made an appointment to get the car inspected and the oil changed and they took me right in and showed me everything they did. Nothing needed replaced. Everything in good shape. Thanks for the fantastic service from both departments.

The entire team I worked with was amazing. Ben worked diligently to get things going and wasn't the least bit intimidating as other lots can be, then the finance department was thorough in their explanation of the paperwork. None of the employees were pushy or made us feel uncomfortable. I shopped around at other lots before returning to McClinton due to other places being too pushy and not being as chill as McClinton. Plus, Ben is just awesome! 10/10, would recommend!

I recently purchased and traded in my old car. I can't recommend them enough. I dealt with a salesman who goes by moose. Wonderful guy to work with. Very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. They were very fair in there offer on my trade in vehicle. They also have fair prices on their cars. The 10 year/1 million mile engine and drive train system is definitely a good thing that they include on most vehicles. The financing people were also very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend them. When the time comes to trade in my current vehicle I definitely plan on going back and dealing with them again.

Tim and “Stretch” were very professional, but also made us feel as though we were family from the minute we walked through the door. I’ve even received a courtesy call already. Matt Lutz is an outstanding salesman. I think he drives a Mitsubishi, but his knowledge of Chevrolet products is outstanding. He explained every button/dial in the Colorado. I imagine he can do the same for all Chevrolet and Mitsubishi automobiles. Matt is good for McClinton's Chevrolet & Mitsubishi.

Shayne's service in providing answers to my questions and sending pictures timely and helpful. I sent my daughter down from Columbus to look and drive the car. It passed her test! So I jumped on a plane and picked it up on Saturday. Ross was great to work with on the financing. Only thing I caught Saturday evening was my deposit had not been credited. I called Shayne Saturday evening and that was all fixed on Monday. ( Also regarding my Sunday voice message I left I believe on Tuesday a got a call back from another sales person from my Sunday message. I told him I was already working with Shayne.) Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Brand new truck had check engine light for emissions. The technician was very thorough and found a factory QC issue with a line still having the factory plug in it. Repaired in less than an hour! Friendly staff. Great mechanics!

Very prompt in updates on progress of vehicle. When they diagnosed the issue, they notify you of the time and repair along with asking your permission to go ahead with the maintenance. Very friendly and personable staff. Highly recommend this service department. Shayne and Caleb were awesome to work with in the sales department, very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining features of the vehicle my wife and I test drove.
